A Can of McEwan's

This is my first still life painting ever! My tutor, Clare, brought in some cans and other various things, placed them on the tables around the room and invited us to pick one or more to paint. I liked the bright red colour of the beer can. After, she suggested painting it again, using an unexpected colour. I opted for grey, just to see what it looked like. And I was quite pleased by the result.
