Progess shots

I looked wide-eyed at the photograph, taken by my partner. The colours and shapes, lit up by the bright sunshine, were wonderful. Can I paint this, I asked her? Well, today was the day. On a zoom art class, our tutor, Clare, encouraged us to paint two 'landscapes'; one with warm, the other with colder colours. I wanted to bring out the glimpses of different lights wherever you looked.
I like the first two progress shots for their 'nakedness', colour and structure. One of the group commented that it looked like stained glass! I'll take that.
