An imagined landscape

The day before I had been walking through my big, local part and watching the trees. What would they look like, if drawn (or sketched) from above. Plus it had to be near to the sea. It reminds me now of Oglet and Hale foreshore, where I wander about often. I think I can draw the trees so much better but they will do for now. Maybe, some details do not work but I'm pleased with the overall impact of the sketch. It is much more than I could ever have imagined achieving even just a week ago.

I will also look up oak, beech and hornbeam trees and give some thought as to how I might draw them again in the future.
