Flowers on Verbenum 2

I had painted this scene once, after returning home from holiday. I liked it enough (and others did too, which mattered to me) to frame it and hang it in my living room, a lovely reminder of a gentle holiday. Yet, the version didn't show the stems and branches of the tree and I wanted to try and bring it out. I was also gaining in confidence, painting on A3 paper.
