Glass jars

Painting glass is tricky. It is one of the hardest things to do well, said Gordon, my art tutor friend. Have a go!

This isn't my first effort at painting glass but I haven't done many. My partner had harvested crabapples from the community garden we volunteer at. She combined it with her love of chilli to make jelly. The bright, rich reds and oranges and dark blues with the light shining through and around were beautiful. I had to paint them, so took a photo. I reallly like what I've done. I could look at it for hours! And I do.
