Tub outside door

The approach to my front door. I had contemplated for some time putting something of nature outside my front door, the 'greening of the path!' The christmas tree had not been doing very well in a raised bed in the backyard. In fact, it had lost half of its green leaves. And a near neighbour, who grew bonzai trees for a hobby, had given one to me as a gift. It too had been left outside out the back. They look better together. You are, of course, meant to trim bonzai trees, but I had no wish to. Last summer, it displayed the most beautiful pink small flowers. For my next effort, expect planters and climbers for the birds.

What used to be a plain approach to my front door now gives me a little heartlift whenever I draw near.
